  Absolutely terrible service. We waited over an hour for our pizza to arrive, and when it finally turned up it was freezing cold, as if it had been sitting around for hours before delivery. To make matters worse, the toppings appeared to have been thrown on top after the pizza was cooked. They were barely cooked at all and looked completely separate from the cheese and base. I phoned to complain and was told a fresh replacement pizza would be sent out. It never arrived. Poor food, poor service, and poor customer care. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from here and certainly won't be ordering again.

  Its a pathetic pizza place i have ever experienced in my whole life. They dont give a shit about customers at all. I ordered hoy pepper passion and its a vegetarian pizza but they delivered me pepperoni pizza. And when i called them they started blaming the delivery guy…come on dude…on the pizza box it is labelled hot pepper passion with the ingredients and u r the one who is putting pepperoni pizza inside it. Cant guys be little bit sane to just not to mix orders…thts the basic part of the job. Learn how to do ur job otherwise close it. U guys literally dont care what customers think…and the staff at papa johns are sooooo rude and doest even know how to take care of things. I would personally suggest everyone NOT to order from here as they dont care abt you, your diet, your preferences….the worst pizza store ever existed on this planet.

  Staff are always proactive and friendly. Pizza and sides are always delicious. This branch of papa John's is super reliable, 10/10 every time

  Very disappointing experience at Papa Johns on Duke Street, Glasgow. I ordered a Chicken Tandoori Pizza by phone, and the employee accepted the order without mentioning that it had apparently been unavailable for two months. When I collected it and returned home, I discovered they had made a different pizza with cheese, tomato and grilled chicken without informing me or asking for my consent. After eating the pizza, I also experienced an allergic reaction, which made the unauthorised substitution even more concerning. When I called the store, they blamed a new employee who was unfamiliar with the menu, refused my refund request and only offered another pizza. They showed little accountability for failing to tell me about the substitution. Customers have the right to know exactly what food they are being served, particularly because of allergies. This was a serious failure in communication, food handling and customer service. I expect Papa Johns to investigate this and issue a full refund.
