  Very disappointing experience at Papa Johns on Duke Street, Glasgow. I ordered a Chicken Tandoori Pizza by phone, and the employee accepted the order without mentioning that it had apparently been unavailable for two months. When I collected it and returned home, I discovered they had made a different pizza with cheese, tomato and grilled chicken without informing me or asking for my consent. After eating the pizza, I also experienced an allergic reaction, which made the unauthorised substitution even more concerning. When I called the store, they blamed a new employee who was unfamiliar with the menu, refused my refund request and only offered another pizza. They showed little accountability for failing to tell me about the substitution. Customers have the right to know exactly what food they are being served, particularly because of allergies. This was a serious failure in communication, food handling and customer service. I expect Papa Johns to investigate this and issue a full refund.

  WARNING DON'T EAT FROM HERE! I never write reviews but this needs to be said. I ordered 2 pizzas from here tonight as I used to go here regularly around 10yr ago. I've never in my life tasted anything so grotesque. Both pizzas tasted and smelled like someone poured WD40 through the sauce. I checked to see if it was the box that had this chemical smell, no, it was deffinently coming from the food. I'm not wasting my time phoning in as the reviews on here show it's pointless but I'll deffinently never be back if I live to tell the tale after ingesting whatever I paid £38 for. Don't eat from here and please don't feed anything from here to your children.
