What a lovely young lady she was very apologetic and sorted the problem straight away, a very professional and is a credit to the McDonalds management team. The Assistant manager Christine came to see us too and she was brilliant. Erin and Christine are very good at what they do and should be recognised for their people skills and professionalism.
