- KCKevin Cullen4 days ago1.0App order. Again fail!! Noone answers branch number. After hour and 10 mins, several ignored calls to restaurant, and 3 divery drivers. Order was cancelled!! Poor excuse for a mcdonalds. 2 kids now having to wait longer for their treat from another restaurant!! Refund takes upto 15 days!!!! Joke!!

First member of staff to serve me was extremely rude Looked extremely unbothered and walked away whilst I was asking her a question. The manager came to speak with me extremely rude and unbothered and said that she would have a word with the staff, although it was very clear that she couldn’t care less. Will not be going back, very disappointing, And shocking to know that this is the level of customer service and management
