  Five Guys regular but first time in this branch. Very slow despite not being very busy (20 minutes from order to arrival of single burger and fries). As others have said the cleaning schedule seemed lax and all available tables were dirty, most with rubbish left on them both when I arrived and when I took a seat (wiped one down myself). Burger itself was OK - large brown lettuce leaf included that I wouldn't have included if I was making them and a pawltry portion of cold fries (no fresh ones were fried/put in the stand in the 15 minutes I stood waiting. Great location, lots of potential, just needs a bit of attention across all of the basics to bring it up to the Five Guys standard.

  A lovely lady named Amy served me and my son she was so helpful showing me how the rewards worked and so helpful too she went above and beyond and was so friendly too this was by far the best experience I have had in five guys Amy’s suggestions regards trying the bbq sauce was a good suggestion it was amazing and the lettuce burger was delicious just as she said it would be. Amy is a credit to five guys

  First time here grandson wanted one a bit over priced for a burger, decent enough burger the way you want it , but £7 for chips flung in a bag is way out of order. Milkshake was good quality. Won't rush back at those prices.

  Great place in Glasgow to have a sit in for a five guys burger. Always clean and been a here few times visiting Glasgow. Great date spot too if you want a nice casual date. Location is great too as you're near everything you need to go too after the food and drink. Just remember Five guys is a little expensive so if you want to see prices before purchasing they have touch screens where you can have a look through their selection. Overall a great spot 😁

  Quite pricey, but the burger was decent and fries were ok, but the thing that let it down was how dirty the restaurant was, lots of empty tables but was difficult to find one that was clean and when I looked around the floor looked quite dirty and looked like hadn’t been cleaned for a while, I don’t know perhaps they was busy before I arrived. But I’ll probably give it another go, won’t have the fries next time just a burger
