£4.35 for small fries... Refused to take my Blue Light Card because they prefer to use the app even though the card has a QR code. Won't be back.

Very rude and unhelpful staff. I was trying to redeem a voucher, but they insisted it wouldn’t work, despite the terms and conditions stating otherwise. The manager was called over, but unfortunately he was also extremely rude and made no effort to help resolve the situation. To make matters worse, other members of staff were standing around talking and giving us dirty looks, which made the whole experience feel very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Really disappointing customer service and I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Their offer states that you can join vouchers up together on the same order, and the TOS states the same. The manager says differently, I wouldn’t recommend as they lie in their offers. He has said that you need each offer with a different main where their ToS clearly states that you can use multiple on the same order. 3.9 Multiple Rewards can be redeemed in the same order , provided the conditions for each Reward are met. All Rewards must be linked to the same Rewards account This excludes third party discounts such as Blue Light Card.
