waited 2 hours 25 minutes for our delivery and called the store three times, only to be told it was “25 minutes away”, then “10 minutes away”, then “5 minutes away”. It hadn’t even left the store.
When the food finally arrived it was stone cold, the order was wrong, and there were only about 10 potato wedges.
I was told by the shift manager to call the next day for a refund. When I did, I was left on hold for 25 minutes before hanging up. I called back and was met by a very rude shift manager who told me there was nothing they could do because the general manager wasn’t in and I’d have to call again tomorrow.
Poor food, terrible customer service, and no accountability. Save your money and order elsewhere. I’ll update this review if I ever receive the refund.
Extremely disappointing service from Domino’s yesterday (Friday). I’ve ordered from Domino’s many times before and never experienced anything like this.
The delivery driver repeatedly claimed that the building door was locked, which was simply not true. The intercom is broken, but the main door is always open. I explained several times that he only needed to push the door to enter. Instead of listening, he kept insisting he couldn’t get in.
I also explained multiple times that I currently have a broken leg and cannot easily come downstairs. He completely ignored this and showed no understanding or sympathy whatsoever.
Eventually, he entered the building, but instead of coming to my floor (14th floor), he only came up to the 13th floor and then refused to go any further. He told me he would stay there and that I had to come to him. During the conversation, he even hung up on me.
As a result, I was forced to painfully hobble down a flight of stairs with an injured leg just to collect my order because the driver refused to do his job properly.
What upset me most was the constant dishonesty. First, he falsely claimed the door was locked. Then he refused to come up despite knowing about my injury. The whole interaction was rude, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional.
It’s a shame there is no easy way to leave feedback directly after an order because I would have reported this immediately. After years of ordering from Domino’s without issues, this experience has completely changed my opinion. If this is the level of customer service being provided, I’ll be ordering from other pizza places in the future. Absolutely unacceptable.

Food was completely wrong, ordered pizza with 3 different toppings, ordered extra for all of them, pizza was fully missing one of the toppings and there was a very small amount for the other 2. Not ordering from here again, not worth the effort
