  Genuinely, the most terrible dominoes that I’ve been to. The first time I went my order was wrong I ordered a create your own pizza and a specified on the app to have extra cheese and extra sauce and that wasn’t on the pizza. I also ordered a chicken mix Box but then I phoned into The store itself and they ended up saying that I could change my order for 14 kickers which I specified in my conversation with the person Serving me. I asked if I had to pay anything extra and the person over the phone said no and said that I could come and pick up the order but then when I came into the store, the app says that my order was ready and could be collected, but , I had to wait around 15 minutes just to get that one order and when I got back home I was only given seven kickers and the chicken mix Box all the kickers were taken out and then I phoned them again and then I explained the entire situation but then the person who was on the phone with me who was the manager they started getting very defensive and they started to say that I needed to pay Five pounds extra When I checked on the app, there was literally only a 99 pence difference between 14 kickers and the chicken mix Box so why am I being charged around like four pounds more? When I got back to the store to get my order replaced I gave them back the seven kickers and the chicken mix box like I was told to on my conversation on the phone but then I showed them the screenshots from the app saying there was only a £.99 difference between the two but then for some reason the person surfing me got very defensive and then I asked to speak to the manager but they said the manager wasn’t there and then I had to wait around like 10 more minutes just for those 14 kickers and the person who was serving me left around like two times mid conversation for two minutes each it’s genuinely giving me secondhand embarrassment to see an establishment this big not being able to serve their customers efficiently and quickly.is it being run by a herd of animals or an actual human being because it Sure doesn’t seem like that! You should genuinely avoid this place at all costs unless you want to spend around an hour just trying to get one order fixed by a team of staff and the manager who can’t be bothered with keeping the Customers Even mildly satisfied. If the pizza isn’t burnt, they won’t give you the dips with it that come with the price that you pay and if it’s not that they’re going to make you wait around half an hour just for one pizza or the Customer Service it’s just going to be so terrible that you never even want to go back again. Genuinely fix this establishment or you will be going out of service from Customer reviews that are all unhappy because you’ve decided to be so narcissistic that you can’t even serve your customers properly. Not to mention the fact that when I got the other 14 kickers they were all undercooked and I just had to throw them away that’s a health and safety hazard that’s clearly being overlooked by an establishment as Big As Dominos. This entire store is literally an embarrassment to like dominoes in general so just maybe instead of trying to defend yourself in situations where you clearly can and you’re wrong try to actually listen to your customers thoroughly and try to do the order correct because like it’s a dominoes, you’re not even making like one pizza correctly? And I need to add on the fact that the three people that were before me the first time I got my pizza also had the same issues such as the pizza either not having what they asked for or them having to repeat their order for 15 minute straight just because one Staff couldn’t put the order up on the screen And if it wasn’t that it was the same person having to get served around three times by different people just because they couldn’t handle listening to what the person actually had to say! At this point, I don’t even think that you can save this business like that How donuts went all because of the poor Customer Service And poorly cooked food.
