  POOR SERVICES FROM THE MANAGER AND STAFF ORDRR FOOD WITH DELIVERY INSTRUCTION JUST FOR THE STAFF NO TO FOLLOW THEN.

  Ordered online via just eat Arrived quickley Had ordered a thin and Crispy Hot Tandoori It was soo thin the base was like a tortilla chip and snapped as it was over cooked, also no chicken on it Had to oder something else to get over the minimum order which took it to over £30 The chicken 1 ordered was so pale and cold, and soggy Thinks can often go wrong, but the attitude of the Domino staff when I called to complain was appalling. Did not listen when told that the base was inedible, he just kept saying that is what we ordered. Continued to explain food was inedible, but just kept saying no refund policy. Would not come and collect the uneaten food, or accept that we could sent on photos. The service is no what I expect from a large chain. Will nit be ordering ftom any Domonos in the future

  Used the app to order, was sat in the car round the corner waiting on the app pinging me that the pizza was ready. App confirmed and I headed round to pick up. I was left waiting at the counter, not a word from any staff member to say we will be with you shortly or any such thing. Workers just working away blanking my presence, eventually one of the girls on the production line turned around and asked if I had ordered. I replied yes I have a collection, again nothing. The guy just faffing about behind the shelves knowing fine well I'm standing there. He then went round to the stand and got my order and walked over as if its fine to just treat your customers like that. Horrendous service, customer service skills non existent. Happy to take your money but that's it. Done with domino's Baillieston

  Stopped ordering delivery from here once £17.99 minimum order value introduced. Nowhere else in Baillieston insists on a minimum order value. Their loss
