  Not bad but not great either. Staff seemed quite slow and not very engaging when I enquired with them regarding what I thought was a wrong order item (Twix milkshake… see photos of what you believe you are buying and what we got. It actually tasted like tiramisu dessert and was not very appealing). Double cheeseburger was ok, Whopper was very sloppy and all the filling just soggy. Fries good.

  When we came on all the tables were absolutely filthy. There were many of staff on and no one taking care of the tables for customers. The woman on front counter was rude to many of customers and the attitude absolutely stinks would not recommend coming to this Burger King. A woman had come in asked to order at the till because she had cash and was told to order on the self serve machine because they were so busy and she ordered had to get a receipt to take to till again to pay with cash that is absolutely disgusting behaviour for customer service.

  The manager Declan is always happy and cheery when in store always happy to assist with any requests nothings a bother.

  Went today to get some food with the kids ordered and sat inside the place looked like it was shutting no atmosphere nothing.Not to mention how on earth can you order food sitting in for it to be absalute freezing when it came.Bewildering.Managmnet need to step there game up in here.No be back

  Online order at parkhead glasgow. Driver attended store cancelled order after 3o min. 85 quid order must been too big for them to cope!! Total.joke.of.a.store
