  The wee lady who served us was an absolute legend! I wasnt feeling well and was struggling to tell her what I wanted. My fiance decided he'd go for a larger meal and forego the pudding but I fancied something sweet and ordered the ice cream with salted caramel sauce. She asked if I wanted in with or after my meal so I opted for after. I'd said to my beloved I would happily share mine as its something we always do. Everything was delicious and the drinks were ice cold. Given it was sitting at 26 degrees outside this was so welcome! Went to collect my ice cream and without asking she gave me two spoons so we could indeed share! A lovely touch! On leaving I asked one of the assumed management team if I could have a word as I was so taken with this wee Glaswegian woman who was running the front counter keeping everyone right and providing great customer service. He explained that she actually trained him up and that she was indeed great with everyone.....she genuinely seemed shocked when I praised her but we both thought she was a complete legend! People make Glasgow they say and she certainly made ours bless her xxx

  I went to Burger King in Inverness last week when I was at the Eastgate Shopping Centre, and it was a really nice experience. It's in a great spot in the mall, perfect for a break while you're shopping or checking out the city. It's super handy having everything right there, whether you want a quick bite before more shopping or just to chill out for a bit. The staff were all super friendly, welcoming, and helpful the whole time I was there. Even though it was busy, they were still polite and professional, serving everyone fast and with a good attitude. Good customer service always makes a difference, and they definitely made the vibe pleasant. The place was clean and well-kept. The seating area was neat, and the whole atmosphere felt comfy and inviting. It's always great when a place clearly cares about being clean, it just makes the experience way better. The food was fresh, tasty, and came out pretty quickly. Everything was made well, and I was happy with my meal. With the friendly service and clean surroundings, it made for a really good visit. All in all, I had a great time at Burger King in the Eastgate Shopping Centre. Its easy location, friendly staff, clean place, and yummy food make it a good pick for anyone in Inverness. I'd totally go back and would tell anyone looking for a solid spot to stop during a day of shopping or sightseeing to check it out.
