  Barburitto here was something extraordinary than other outlets and Steven was kind enough to guide me the best one to taste . Great experience and will surely recommend

  Was in today the place was completely dead ordered two burritos to go. Both burritos were stone cold and inedible. Fillings in both were not evenly spread throughout the wrap and both were just a complete mess tbh which is insult to injury considering the staff were not in a rush we were the only customers in. It’s a very expensive place to come for burritos this was supposed to be a nice outing but safe to say we will never be back. Such a waste of money for food we both couldn’t finish.

  OK, I know this is a fast food establishment, which should tell you a lot. Typically you get what you pay for. In this case., I would have to say that you get more than you pay for. I came in here, starving and was greeted by a friendly server over-the-counter. She took my order and I was able to select everything that I wanted, (Lotsa JALAPEÑOS 🥵) and it was delivered with a smile, thank you. I have a lot of experience with Mexican food and I would say this was pretty pretty darn good for being so removed from Mexico! That and like I said, I got more than I expected, my burrito was huge! And the seating arrangement was your usual stuff and lots of space to hang out with your friends. oh, and by the way, very reasonable prices too. Oh, one more thing, the real topper was that I was able to enjoy a a cold Corona beer with my meal. The best Mexican beer!

  Always come here if I want a quick, tasty and relatively cheap lunch - either as a couple or on my own. The staff are always lovely and the burrito is always good. They've changed a bit since my last visit in that they charge extra for a normal portion of meat (though they class it was double). Wouldn't knock a star off for that though.

  I’ve been in twice since moving to Glasgow, and I wish my second visit had been anything like my first. My first visit (a Friday evening about two weeks ago) was brilliant. The customer service was excellent, the food was fresh, and the manager took the time to guide me through the ordering process. It left a great first impression. Unfortunately, my visit on Monday 7th in the evening was the complete opposite. The guy serving me in the blue polo shirt was far more interested in messing around with a coworker and bad-mouthing who I assume was the new manager (someone they said had only been there a month). I won’t repeat the conversation, but it was completely unprofessional. They had no pork and said there wouldn’t be any for another 1½ hours, but didn’t offer any alternatives. The restaurant was very quiet, so there was no excuse for the lack of attention. He even passed my burrito to another team member, who was noticeably friendlier and finished serving me. The food was still nice, but the service was awful. The salsa station was also dirty, and unlike my first visit, loud Cardi B with explicit lyrics was playing throughout the restaurant, which felt inappropriate for the setting. I’d happily come back for the food, but only if the service returned to the standard of my first visit.
