Staff are incredibly rude and incompetent went to the completely wrong street and just decided not to return for 2 hours and when they did it was the same food stone cold inedible, and then the member of staff could hardly understand my English saying my order was on the way when I was clearly asking for hot food to come and the cold food to be returned, she hung up and the store did not take any more calls. I now need to find care for my grandmother to go to the store and take things further as they want to ignore my calls. Utter terrible experience.
