Used to be a fantastic place, nice staff and pristine clean. Now after a recent visit the place is filthy, and hardly any stock, went to get some bananas and there was absolutely none, same with certain other stock. Not great at all.

Some of the staff are very good and helpful but others not so much. Two smoking at the entrance, I couldn't even get out of the store and they didn't make any effort to move. Doesn't really create a good impression of the store. They've increased the number of self serve tills and there are hardly ever any tills open. Lift and escalators seem to be constantly breaking down. Cafe went self service which I wasn't too impressed about when it first happened but it has actually speeded up the service. You can't see the cakes for sale any more though so I tend not to buy them any more.
