    Food is not value for money. I had the New Yorker, terrible cheese with cold Salami and a couple of leaves! The food was appallingly poor. The staff are wonderful throughout the store but the general atmosphere in the cafe is grim. The new layout is very poor and uninviting. There is no sense of privacy or warmth. I would recommend new tables and chairs. The cafe reminds me of an old School dining room! Again this in stark contrast to the excellent staff throughout this store

    Just shocking! The vegetarian breakfast just over £5 and got nothing but a couple of sausages and handful of beans and one half mushroom and toast it is a complete con and serving rashons like this to the public who pay for a decent breakfast is a rip off!!! 👎👎👎
