This was not a single loose hair but a significant amount trapped inside the food, making it inedible. I have clear photos, video, and the receipt. This is a serious food hygiene issue, and I would like this investigated and refunded.

- LRL S RobinsonJul 19, 20265.0I walked up this way from Anniesland in a failed attempt to register with the nearby GP surgery. Being more of a MacDonald's than a Gregg's man, I couldn't but pop in for one of their excellent and most reasonable double espressos. The restaurant was clean, service, if anything, was overly helpful, and seating was available. As I like to be, on request, I was given cold tap water to go alongside my espresso. The weather has been hot here in Glasgow, coffee dehydrates you, I had been walking quickly on a tight schedule, and it is always wise to mind your fluid balance. Thank you to staff and management.
