  Where do I start. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a pizza to be delivered to a hotel, when it showed on the app that it had been delivered but I was still without my pizza I became confused. I then called the store and was informed that the pizza was on its way to me from the restaurant and would be there soon. I waited another 20 minutes and then called again to be told that the delivery had arrived at the hotel and been turned away by another patron who thought that it was their own order delivered incorrectly. I understand this is frustrating but is not the stores fault. I did however express frustration that I had left a very clear delivery driver note saying to call my mobile on arrival for me to collect from the reception however this appears to have been ignored. I was then informed it would be a further 30 minutes to remake the pizza and deliver. I asked if anything could be done to rectify the situation. I was offered a voucher to be used on my next purchase which was useless to me as i am only visiting and will not order from there again. I was informed that they could not add any complimentary extras as I had not ordered them in the first place. I was informed that the only thing they could do was cancel the order and issue a refund. I elected to not accept cancelling the order as by the time it turned up it had been almost two hours and I was hungry with limited other options. The replacement did not take 30 minutes, it took much longer. I dont disrespect the staff at this store, I believe they are only acting on directions from above. The customer service from the company is seriously lacking and I would seriously think twice before ordering from here. My food was not delivered until 2 hours after, I paid full price and was offered no retribution.
