  Online order failed so I called the shop to be told they were too busy to accept telephone orders. I asked if they could make an exception as the website wasn't working & they hung up on me.

  I ordered a Veggie Supreme pizza, but instead I was mistakenly given a chicken pizza. My family and I belong to a Sikh family, and we do not eat chicken or any meat at all due to our religious beliefs. This mistake has caused us deep distress. Unfortunately, after consuming the pizza, my family members started vomiting and feeling unwell. This situation has been extremely upsetting, both emotionally and physically. Such an error is unacceptable, especially when customers trust your brand to respect dietary and religious requirements. I expect Domino’s to take this matter seriously and investigate how such a mistake occurred. I would appreciate a proper explanation, apology, and appropriate compensation for this incident. Please understand that this is not a small issue for us. It has affected our health and violated our religious beliefs.
