Wenn wir die Möglichkeit haben eines zu besuchen machen wir es und dieses Erlebnis hier war bisher das Schlechteste. Wir waren zur Mittagszeit hier und das Restaurant war nahezu leer, trotzdem mussten wir auf einen Host warten, der uns einen Sitz zugewiesen hat, den wir nicht wollten. Also suchten wir uns einen selber aus. Danach wurden wir sehr schlecht bedient, obwohl wir in der Nähe der Bar saßen. Wir wurden nicht beachtet und mussten immer auf uns aufmerksam machen, wenn wir was bestellen wollten oder neue Getränke haben wollten. Zum Fingerfood das wir bestellt hatten kamen kein Besteck und auf Nachfrage wurden Gabel und Messer gebracht, aber ohne Servietten. Die danach bestellten Burger kamen sehr schnell, aber der Salat war schon sehr welk und die Burger waren super klein für den stolzen Preis von fast 20 £ und geschmacklich nur okay. Zum Ambiente: an der Bar wurden die leeren Gläser der Gäste abgestellt und blieben über eine Stunde dort stehen. Das sah unordentlich und unappetitlich aus. Auch unsere leeren Teller oder Gläser wurden nicht abgeräumt, obwohl immer Personal bei uns vorbei ging. Die Toiletten sind im Untergeschoss. Der Boden dort war total klebrig, keine Ahnung was hier passiert ist. Irgendwie ist das super schade für diesen Standort.

How can I cancel or amend my booking?
You can cancel/change your restaurant booking by visiting https://www.tgifridays.co.uk/book-a-table/. Add your booking reference and select Change or Cancel existing booking, whichever is applicable.
How can I amend my Click & Collect order?
Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend an order after placing it as payment will have already been taken, and in order to limit the amount of orders to keep you and our teams safe. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant you placed an order with, and they will process this. Please be aware that refunds take up to three to four working days.
How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
Please note that orders can only be cancelled if your collection time is at least one hour in the future. If it is less than an hour until your collection time, please call the restaurant at which you placed the order. They will ask for your order number, and once your details have been confirmed our team will process your refund. The money will then be credited back to your account within three to four working days.
Do you have Vegan & Vegetarian dishes?
We offer a range of vegetarian and vegan options, which can be found on our menu pages. Please be assured that we take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination in our kitchens. However, it is not possible to guarantee that dishes are 100% free from inadvertent traces of non-vegan or non-vegetarian substances as we produce vegan dishes and meat dishes in the same kitchen.
