  My visit to Pavyllon London will remain a lovely memory of my trip. I come from Bulgaria, where I own a restaurant, and it was especially meaningful to experience the care and attention to detail with which the team looks after its guests. My heartfelt thanks to the chef and every member of staff for the warm welcome and the personal attention they gave me. Their approach combined professionalism with genuine warmth — those small, thoughtful gestures that make you feel truly welcome. I left feeling grateful and inspired in my own work. Thank you for making my visit such a special experience. I will certainly be your guest again!

  I booked a table for my Wife's 50th birthday meal. As soon as I told the Maitre d' our name. She immediately wished my wife a happy birthday, which was lovely. We were a bit early so had a drink in the bar first, but as soon as the table was ready we were shown to it and seated. The waiter talked us through the menu and left us to make up our minds. We went with the 4 course menu and also had the spider crab. The food was amazing my photos can't come close to showing the perfection of the dishes. They also gave my wife this delicious complementary chocolate birthday cake [which I had most of and it was as beautiful as it looks]

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful experience at La Croissenterie! A special mention goes to Larisa, who was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. Her lovely smile, kindness, and attention to detail made us feel very welcome. It’s always a pleasure to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers and does their job with such a positive attitude. Larisa is a real credit to the team and deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant! We’ll definitely be coming back.

  My best friend & I had an amazing joint birthday lunch at the Pavyllon today. We loved the warm, friendly & relaxed reception from the team - thank you Vicky, Natalia & Guillaume for taking care of us. There was a lovely vibe all round - people were enjoying themselves & more importantly, the cooking & food were spot-on! Delicious every mouthful - made our day absolutely! They had a lovely à la carte & tasting menu. We had their set lunch, which initially looked small in portion but absolutely perfect for us - by the end of the meal, we were full to the brim with big smiles on our faces. Their wine bible was great - good selection of wines by the glass and also sake. But we opted for a cocktail each from their bar. And we had their set lunch of steamed cheese soufflé, lamb chop, and a chocolate soufflé + hazelnut flottante. Loved it all & would highly recommend Pavyllon for any occasion, any time of the day!

  Of course, the food was delicious - this is a Michelin-starred restaurant, and the quality was exactly what you would expect. But what impressed me most was something much harder to achieve: the professionalism, warmth and genuine enthusiasm of the entire team. I was seated at the counter, which gave me a fascinating view of the restaurant. I watched the staff throughout lunch, and what struck me was how much they seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and being around each other. There was a real sense that they cared about what they were doing. Even towards the end of the meal, I watched them cleaning and preparing the restaurant for the next service, and their professionalism never dropped. From the moment we arrived, we were treated exceptionally well. The lady at the front desk was incredibly warm and welcoming. She asked me a couple of friendly questions about where we were from, and I mentioned that I live in Tasmania and had travelled for around 30 hours to get back to London. It was my first time back home in 13 years. At the end of the meal, they surprised me with a card and a cake saying "Welcome Home." | genuinely wasn't expecting it, and it was a very touching gesture. It turned an already wonderful lunch into something I will remember for a long time. The gentleman who served us was a wonderful representative of the restaurant. He was clearly very proud of the team and took complete care of us from the moment we sat down until the bill at the end - explaining each dish, serving the food and even carrying out some of the final preparation himself. His knowledge, attention and professionalism were exceptional. What amazed me most was how friendly yet professional everyone was with one another. It was like watching a group of best friends working together as a highly professional team to create something extraordinary. Their genuine respect and enjoyment of each other's company were evident throughout the meal. This was much more than a great lunch. It was an experience created by a team who clearly take enormous pride in what they do and genuinely care about their guests. An absolutely amazing experience, and one I won't forget.
