Beautiful restaurant with an elegant, contemporary vibe. The food overall was delicious and creative.
Our favorites: Green Lasagna was one of the best dishes I’ve ever had in my life! Avocado Plisse was really good and the Surf and Turf which is a sophisticated interpretation of the original dish.
My least favorite was the Shrimp. It was kind of dull and lacked flavor.
Thank you for Konstantina for her beautiful energy which made our night perfect 😍

Everything about our visit was absolutely perfect. The presentation of every single course was truly impressive, especially the delicate dessert served in a small copper pot and wrapped in a crisp white napkin.
We were blown away by the attention to detail. Every dish was a work of art on these beautifully speckled plates. This was easily one of the best dining experiences I have had in London. We will certainly be returning soon.

This was our second visit to Pavyllon London, and unfortunately, it left us feeling somewhat disappointed.
We are fortunate to dine regularly in Michelin-starred restaurants, so we naturally have high expectations, particularly at a restaurant by Yannick Alléno. While the setting inside the Four Seasons is undeniably beautiful, we felt that this time the overall experience did not justify the price. Spending around €700 for dinner, we expected a level of service that was simply not there.
The service lacked the attention to detail and consistency we associate with restaurants of this calibre. One moment in particular stood out: while we were dining, a member of staff was resetting nearby tables wearing a very strong perfume. It was extremely distracting and unpleasant while trying to appreciate a fine dining menu. At first, we genuinely thought the smell was coming from the product she was spraying on the tables. When we politely mentioned it, simply believing it might be the cleaning spray, our comment was dismissed rather abruptly, and we felt somewhat brushed off. This was disappointing, especially as our remark was made in a friendly and respectful way. In a restaurant of this standard, every detail matters, and the way such feedback is received is part of the overall experience.
We were also a little disappointed that the tasting menu felt very similar to the one we had enjoyed only six months earlier. In addition, the presentation throughout the meal lacked variety. While the food was elegant, the tableware and overall presentation remained almost identical from course to course, leaving us wishing for a little more creativity and surprise.
The dessert was another small disappointment. After such a long tasting menu, we were expecting something lighter and more refreshing to finish the meal—perhaps something fruit-based or a sorbet. Instead, the dessert centred around meringue and praline, which made it feel rather rich and heavy at the end of an already substantial menu.
We also felt that, because the restaurant is located within the Four Seasons, part of the experience is inevitably influenced by the hotel environment. Many guests appeared to be hotel residents enjoying a convenient dinner rather than diners who had specifically chosen the restaurant for its gastronomic experience. Of course, there is nothing wrong with that, but it created a different atmosphere from what we usually enjoy in destination Michelin-starred restaurants, where there is often a stronger shared appreciation for the cuisine and the finer details of the experience.
The venue itself remains stunning, and there is no doubt that part of the price reflects the prestigious Four Seasons location. However, compared with many other Michelin-starred restaurants we have visited, we ultimately felt that the experience was somewhat overrated and did not fully live up to its reputation or price.

The restaurant is elegant yet relaxed, and the open kitchen creates a really engaging atmosphere where you can watch the chefs at work throughout the meal.
We chose the Immersive Mayfair tasting menu and every course was beautifully presented and full of flavour. The Comté soufflé was outstanding, and the red mullet was another highlight. You can really appreciate the attention to detail in every dish.
What impressed us most was the service. Every dish was introduced with genuine enthusiasm, explaining the ingredients and the inspiration behind it, which made the whole experience feel very personal and immersive.
We also happened to visit during the England vs Argentina World Cup semi-final, and it was lovely to see the team keeping guests updated on the match throughout the evening. It added such a fun and memorable touch to an already fantastic dining experience.
A truly memorable Michelin-starred meal, and somewhere we’d happily recommend to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in London.
