We were seated quickly, but that’s where anything positive ends. The service was chaotic from start to finish. Our server appeared completely out of his depth, making repeated mistakes—not just at our table, but others around us too. One of those mistakes could have been genuinely dangerous in different circumstances. My friend ordered a vegetarian Mexi bowl and was initially told there wasn’t a vegetarian option—despite it being clearly listed on the menu. After correcting him, we placed our order and added a sharing starter, which then arrived at the same time as our mains. When we questioned this, we were brushed off and told it had all been ordered together. The worst part came when the “vegetarian” Mexi bowl arrived containing shrimp and bacon. This is completely unacceptable. Luckily my friend doesn’t have a seafood allergy, but this level of carelessness could have had serious consequences. We couldn’t even get the waiter’s attention to send it back, so she had to pick through it and ended up leaving most of the meal. The drinks were just as bad—if not worse. Even on a 2-for-1 offer, they were below Wetherspoons standard. One arrived in a wine glass instead of a cocktail glass, was less than half full, and still cost £13. I sent it back and had it removed from the bill. When I asked for a salted rim on a margarita (as the previous jalepeno one had no garnish at all), I was told they couldn’t do it because they had no lemon… in an entire restaurant. It would be laughable if it wasn’t so poor. When I pointed out to the bartender that none of the drinks resembled the advertised photos—not even the glassware—he openly admitted this was a known “marketing issue.” That says everything. To top it off, when we asked for more drinks, we were instead brought the bill, he apologised when he realised his mistake. The whole experience felt disorganised, careless, and frankly unprofessional from start to finish. We spent £87 and left feeling completely ripped off. We would never return. I wouldnt be surprised if it was closed within 18 months.

The shift manager was lovely. Starter was fine, sharing platter. Unfortunately the mains were awful. From where we were seated we could see more and more food going up on the pass, under the heat lamps. We watched as staff walked back and fore ignoring the food ready to go out, instead clearing multiple tables, having chats, wandering about looking for nothing to do. Sorry that sounds harsh. But it's true. By the time our mains arrived they had been on the pass for nearly 15 minutes!!!! Credit to the duty manager he was very understanding and obviously mortified. A full refund was given for the mains as they were not eaten.

Kyle was so lovely. We changed our mind’s a multiple times about drinks/sides etc. nothing was too much of a bother. Kyle really took care to ensure my mam didn’t get onions in her salad as she is intolerant. Best customer service we have had in an eatery.

Crap, overpriced, badly cooked, bland, small portions. Staff are friendly enough, but not very well trained. 20 quid for a crappy overcooked burger and a handful of fries. Feeling ripped off. Spent just over 100 pound on a four crappy meals. The franchise should be ashamed serving that crap on the daily. Can not even serve a fresh burger bun, that's how crap this place is. Do yourself a favour and avoid wasting your money on a meal in tgi. Go to McDonald's downstairs instead. At least they have mastered the art of serving a soft burger bun. And it's probably 16 pound cheaper for their burger and chips.
