  We came for lunch on a busy Saturday and our server Ella couldn’t have been better! Lovely and very attentive! Great, fast service, all around great experience!

  Went for food here last week and got the “loaded potato skins” to start may as well of been a jacket potato with a slither of cheese on top and a pathetic crumb of bacon for the mains we got the beef dripping sandwich the beef was definitely not dripping! It was just beef in a sandwich with a slice of plastic cheese and came with a side of bbq sauce which we thought was very strange. We also got some of the loaded fries which was drowned in bbq so they were all soggy. Very disappointed and will definitely not be back!

  I went 7/4/26 with my wife and two kids. We had booked for tea but it wasn't overly busy anyway. Got sat down pretty quickly and ordered in good time. Starters came out at a good pace however no side plates provided to allow us to eat the food! No sauce on the wings even though there should be. Cheese dippers had all exploded and missing the middle. On to mains.... They came out whilst the starter plates weren't collected, no new cutlery was provided despite them taking the old ones away (I would have happily used them again) I had a burger which was absolutely fine as was my sons. My daughter had chicken tenders and about 6 chips - my wife shared hers with her. My wife had chicken bites which came with chips and Coleslaw. The slaw was DRY?! No mayo / sauce on it at all? To get drink refills we had to ask rather than it being offered which is also a little unusual. I like the TGI chain but honestly the service wasn't great and the food wasn't on point either which is a real shame for a chain restaurant I'd normally seek out.

  Right so what is there to start with, we were stood in a line just to get in- legs were aching. Finally got in was sat next miserable chefs that don’t know how to even be one. Felt sick to my stomach when I saw my own meal frozen right next to me- I could still see feathers on the chicken. Went to order and the waiter made me feel self conscious, he was looking at my forehead a lot. Got drinks and it was just ice. #save polar bears. Starters came and the look of it made me cry. bacon was burnt and I could hear the little piglets screaming for help. And garlic bread was soggy. Not happy. Eventually our food came and they basically said I needed a diet cz tell me why it was three little frozen chicken.#ratherbehappyandfat! Aldi looked gormet compared to this crap! My chips were still crunchy and stuck together- basically still a potato. To top it all off the chefs were laughing and grinning, they knew what they did 🤬🤬. after eating what was sort of edible on the plate we waited ages for the bill to come just to be charged more than I should have. All I can say is shame on you tgi Fridays and there’s a reason it’s not tho friyays. Never coming back again xoxo #nandosforlife #iwantrefund #chefwithglassesshouldgetsacked
