  I always go to this tescos but, after my experience today I will not be going back. I'm autistic and struggle with everyday activities. I was completely overwhelmed and agitated and staff made sly comments about me. I'll not come back, I used to pay before 9.30am to come to your store as I enjoyed shopping here but, not anymore.

  Start to finish the best grocery experience I’ve had. Entered the carpark loads of spaces, mother and baby slot right next to the lifts. Off we went. Customer services helped me get a baby trolly. So, cheery even asked if I needed assistance to get baby in it. Then off we went, until baby wanted fed, stopped took trolley into the cafe, no hassle food and drink to the table met by server would I like anything else, my reply no. As she could see I was busy she said anything just shout. Baby sorted back in out travels, customers friendly. Got to the tills and oh by he had enough baby wanted out. A customer kindly unpacked my shopping after I let him go before me, as I was worried I’d be slow. I thought how wonderful could t get any better but then Clare and Karen (Kaz) appeared like guardian angels, they put my shopping through the till, bagged it and put it in my trolley. Don’t think I could go anywhere else again. The shopping was £20 cheaper with my club card and the offered to assist me to my car. A very happy grandma what a great way to be cared for when doing a food shop thank you Tesco Gateshead
