  Burgers are nice although nothing you couldn't just make yourself at home, but the big problem is the price. £28 for one burger, one drink, one small fries and a kids meal is an absolute joke.

  Very poor customer service, no refund no free meal or voucher ,complained online about the burnt food, cleanliness, and everything on few Sundays ago and they told why I didn't escalate the issues with the manager. Nobody looks like a manager there, and as a disabled person I can't take any stress because of my PTSD from Irak and Afghanistan. I'll attach few pictures for people to avoid this place.

  I was slightly disappointed with some of my food order as the burger was slightly cold. I was extremely dissatisfied with the drinks as they were quite tasteless, almost like no syrup was working. I love five guys and this feedback is purely for making improvements rather than complaining :)

  Eere me now, when there was nay monkey nuts for the price of on the house I was worried and I was going to instantly remove a star from this review for their cheek. Yet alas how can you give anything less than five when the fries taste like gods very own fingers.... or something like that. The burger was pure filth and I revelled in its awesomeness. For a chain to have this consistency is unheard of outside of the play dough food that is McDonald's so I say well done to all 5 of you guys. Also my son is a very autistic picky eater and he snarkles the whole flipping meal.Highly recommended 👌 👍
