- SASara Armstrong1 day ago5.0Popped in today to work for an hour with a cuppa and cake. What a pleasant experience, staff were welcoming and helpful, coffee was lovely as was the cake. A refreshing change and a nice environment - very impressed and will return ☕️ 🧁
- LWLaura Wanley-HaynesOct 3, 20261.0My mother who is actually on chemotherapy medication, needed to use the toilet after having a shop around in Next, she was visibly desperate for the toilet and the lady behind the till said she had to buy a coffee before using the toilet. My mam said that was fine but could she pay for it after she’s been to the toilet as she was very desperate and the lady insisted she pays for it now before giving her the toilet code. I understand the cafe and next are two separate establishments but where is the empathy and customer service from the staff? £3.70 for a mediocre and Luke warm coffee. Overall poor. Definitely won’t be back.
