  Delivery never actually arrived, despite receiving 3 calls from the restaurant being told to wait outside for over 40 minutes, and on the last call i received, i was told the driver was at a different hotel. Food never arrived after. i called the restaurant again, but the phone was picked up and flung down twice. The driver seemingly arrived at my hotel, but did not leave the food on a first occasion attempt, made no contact with me and left with a pre paid order. Mind due i was just around the corner in the Westville, The porter offered to take the food, driver refused. bizzare.

  Ordered my pizza on the app i ended up with no cheese on my pizza I rang they said they dont deal with online orders I was hung up on rang again still didnt get sorted Hung up for second time Very rude staff worst customer service ive ever had Thanks

  “Can’t deliver as it’s over 10 miles” when I ordered for 5.5 miles away. They’ve delivered to my address before so unsure what the problem is.
