  It’s a waste of time having a Tesco Mobile here, the staff are not helpful and it’s such a small selection of phones on display….

  While waiting at the lottery counter this evening 24/07/26 , with no customers in sight. The shop assistant Tracey was talking with another staff member. I stood there patiently & with understanding but after 4 minutes of standing there without her making any eye contact with me or my young son, she then called over another staff member for a chat. Please note I was the only customer at the counter. I was annoyed & walked off in disbelief that at no stage did she apologise for the delay & spoke over me when speaking to the other staff member like I was invisible. After paying for the product I needed (I left without the lottery ticket I went to buy) I walked to the door to leave with my son. I could see her talking to the security guard & pointing at me, I was that frustrated that I told her I was disgusted with her rude behaviour. I proceeded to leave the store, the security guard then followed us out of the store & approached me requesting I return inside. For what reason I have no idea! I feel this was a bullying tactic on his part & felt angry he felt he had the right to approach me with my young son by my side & other customers watching. I have been a loyal Tesco Mold customer for many years but will not be returning. Today I found these staff members shocking to deal with good look Mold with these staff .
