The restaurant was clean, tidy, and well looked after, with a relaxed environment that made it a great place to enjoy a meal. The food was excellent. Everything arrived fresh, hot, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavour. The fries were perfectly salted and piping hot, while the whole order was prepared quickly despite the restaurant being busy. It’s always nice when you can tell real care has gone into preparing your meal, and that was definitely the case today. A special mention has to go to the young chap working on the batch making the chicken. He was incredibly polite, hardworking, and had such a positive attitude throughout. You could see he was focused on making sure every piece of chicken was cooked properly and prepared to a high standard. Even while working hard, he remained friendly and approachable, and it’s staff members like him who really make a difference to the overall customer experience. His dedication and excellent customer service certainly didn’t go unnoticed, and he deserves recognition for the fantastic job he was doing. The whole team worked together brilliantly, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure customers were served efficiently with a smile. It’s refreshing to see such great teamwork and professionalism, especially during busy periods. Overall, this was one of the best McDonald’s visits I’ve had in a long time. Great food, a clean and welcoming restaurant, fast service, and genuinely friendly staff who clearly care about their work. I’ll definitely be returning and would happily recommend this location to anyone looking for consistently high-quality food and excellent customer service. Keep up the brilliant work!
