  I ordered for collection at a specific time, to coincide with the estimated time my journey passing Domino's Queensferry would be, so the pizza would be hot. collected pizza and returned home which is a 3 minute drive away. On reaching home the pizza was cold and had obviously been cooked way too early, the cheese was congealed and cold as was the pizza dough, will not be going again

  Pizza arrived soggy an undercooked contacted customer service an basically they did not want to know just fobbed off an that's it, but looking now I'm not the only one that's had issues with dominos, don't waste your money go to fat pizza alot cheaper an better quality

  Never had any issues until 2 weeks ago partially my fault for ordering late on a Saturday night, delivery was over an hour and arrived cold, spoke to manager the next day who put £20 on my account. Just rang up to order pie £2.99 delivery and received a large pizza and side free of charge to replace. Came super quick and to be honest it’s probably the best pizza I’ve had from there. Really appreciate the gesture of good will and the staff helping me!

  I ordered a pizza this morning..and it was absolutely delicious! The person who served me.. I believe his name is Om..was incredibly hardworking and made my visit so smooth and easy. He was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to be managing everything on his own since it was the morning and I didn’t see any other staff around. It’s rare to meet someone who handles their work with such dedication and warmth, and Om truly made a great impression. Thank you, Om, for the great service and for starting my day with both amazing food and a smile!

  2nd order in a row bad attitude service ... order dropped at the front door first time with items missing and this time the same items missing .. was asked rudely over the phone when I complained did I still want them and then waited another hour .. bad attitude from the 2 people who took the call doesn’t take much to apologise!..
