  Very poor experience tonight unfortunately. I ordered a vegan pizza over the phone being dairy free but asked the guy if I could have chicken on it as well. Apparently all went through fine. My pizza then arrived with normal cheese on it so I phoned and asked if it was vegan cheese. I then got put onto a lady who was very blunt on the phone and wouldn’t take responsibility for their mess up. She just said they can’t put meat on a vegan pizza. Even when I explained that I’ve had it before, she just continued to say the same thing to me. She then said she can get a normal vegan pizza out to me on a thin and crispy base which I frustratingly agreed to. It arrived pretty quick (which is the only reason I’ve given 2 stars instead of one) and I’m not sure what Dominoes have done, but the new vegan base is absolutely awful. I’ve had plenty of thin and crispy pizzas over the years, but it’s honestly like a cracker with no taste. It was the worst most expensive pizza I’ve had in my life. I would never order one again

  what a terrible place . Rules are rules so I'll accept that . But my 9 year old autistic kid was desperatefor the toilet but was told ' customers only'. Ended up in Costa who were so much friendlier. I'll never step foot in any Domino again. You should be ashamed of yourself. Rules hey

  Doesn’t directly reflect on the Mold store, but Dominos have changed their plant based pizza base. On the app, you can now only order the plant based pizza with the thin and crispy base. It is nowhere near as nice as it used to be. I don’t know why this change has happened, and only for plant based pizza. It is that horrible that I would not order it again, which when you missed out on eating pizza for many years before plant based pizzas were introduced, is quite upsetting. Not only was the pizza not nice, but I cut the roof of my mouth on the crust of the pizza as it is that crispy that it was so sharp. Not only am I unhappy, I am now in pain
