- NGNick Green2 days ago2.0Normally a big fan of McDonalds efficiency and predictability but was left sorely disappointed on visiting Flint. Food was all cold when delivered to table, chips, wrap and coffees, for example the wrap arrived with its label, order 99, timed at 12:55 but didn't get to table until 13:20 and underneath my label was another one for order 53!!!! All was sorted amazingly well by Max - thank you Max
- JHJayne Hudson4 days ago1.0Shocking. Get order wrong every time, items always missing. Try calling the store and the number seems to have been cut off as it won’t connect. Don’t mind the odd thing wrong now and again, people make mistakes but it’s literally EVERY time you order. Sort it out or get a new manager and some staff that know what they’re doing. People are paying good money and not receiving half of what they’ve paid for here.

I ordered at 8:17pm, after 25 minutes I asked staff regarding my order, they said to wait at my table they would bring it, 45 minutes later, same member of staff walked passed and said I would be able to get a refund, I asked how, he said he would ask his manager. 1 hour after this, I queued at the till because I hadn’t heard anything, they were oblivious to my existence. The shift manager at the time didn’t seem to be doing any managing whatsoever. Quite literally the worst experience I have ever had when eating out.

When we returned the Cucumber sticks we were given a mcflurry instead because all of their Cucumber sticks looked exactly the same.
- TTTheZamboonAug 2, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous service. Walked in and ordered a simple breakfast, bacon egg and cheese muffin and a Diet Coke. I had 18 minutes to get my train. The staff were so slow and lazy milling around and chit chatting while the orders piled up on the board. Ended up having to abandon my order due to pure laziness, incompetence and lack of leadership. Never returning to a McDonald’s again!!
