  Lovely establishment! We had a minor problem with our meals and the staff, however when bringing it to managements attention, everything was sorted in a matter of seconds! I hope the staff learn from it and have a bit more pride in what they do because I’ve always had good experiences minus this one with this subway, and the food is always delicious! I didn’t get her name and I’m gutted but the manager with blonde hair and a fringe who was working on the 27th of May 2026, thank you for your kindness, our business with this subway isn’t lost!

  Horrible women i genuinely hope she loses her job you made my sandwich wrong and table was very dirty what an absolute disgrace

  The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful! Wanted to order at the counter because the machine only allowed us to pick 3 sauces. But staff insist on us order using the machine. Grumpy face and spoke to us like we’re stupid. Not even worth my 1 star, if possible I would give zero star. Forget to ask for her name. This is not acceptable being in the F&B industry and in such a big franchise. Omg still fuming when typing this out.

  My friend and I came in and ordered. However my friends sandwich was not baked properly. The bread was somewhat still doughy. Having previously worked in a subway I know what standard the bread should be up to and today was not up to par. My friend then went back into the subway not for a refund just to let them know they should probably check their bread. She then had everyone in the store poking and prodding her sandwich and berating her telling her she’s wrong in a shop full of people. I think you guys need to work on your customer service skills.
