  Walk in, try to order on the machine but it’s a nightmare, try to order at the counter and rudely told to use the machines, explained you can’t make the right choices, told it would be a 25 minute wait. 1 person serving till orders, machines orders, deliveries and pick ups. Every time I try to go here I just end up going next door to Greggs.

  I visited Subway today and whilst I was being served I was appalled by the way the Manager was speaking to the young lady who was serving me. I felt really uncomfortable with the way that she was being treated in front of me and the young lady was clearly upset and looked sad. The young lady was nothing but polite and her customer skills were excellent. It’s such a shame that the manager wasn’t the same!!

  Slowest subway around, gone down hill hugely recently. Just watched 3 people actually walk away because ordering in the screens is a faff. Its made it so much slower and I also watched them refuse to serve a guy who said he couldn't see the writing on the kiosks because he wouldn't use a kiosk. Staffa re always unhelpful and rude too.
