They repeatedly have no produce, long wait times (always training new staff) and expensive pricing, senior staff berate juniors in front the public it’s just generally awful

I would honestly say to the management that the way this lady conducted herself was exceptional and she should be monitored to give training on how to serve. The service was that good every person watching chose the same sandwich over and over again. This is actually the second time I've had a great experience here, the first experience two young F1 fans (staff) really gave us a great sandwich. The staff make a return customer not just the food.
