One suggests they stop because I am there the other rudely says "that doesn't matter" and they continue. I cannot believe these people are even employed

- SMSteve McSep 14, 20241.0*****Vegans and Vegetarians Beware!!!!***** We came here 13Sep24 at approx 10.45am for 2 Subs both containing chicken. The lady who took and made our order started to put sliced cheese on the chicken in our sub but we'd asked for grated cheese. When we said it wasn't sliced cheese we wanted, she took it off the chicken and returned it to the tray to serve other customers with instead of throwing it away. We challenged this with respect to Vegan customers not wanting any ingredients touching meat only to be told by her male colleague "It's okay, we are legally covered through out T&Cs". That comment and attitude showed a total disregard and understanding of vegan customers wishes and expectations. It's like somebody driving a speeding car recklessly and dangerously through residential streets with people/kids about and saying "It's okay, I'm legally covered through my insurance". They just don't get it. Furthermore, it was close to dinnertime on a quiet Friday and they did not have (amongst other items), tomato, onions, peppers etc only yellow lettuce and some other 'old' looking ingredients left over from the day before. Very Poor.
