It's not normally that busy but on the plus side food is prepared fresh. The service has always been great too.

Food was fine at the Burger King. They're all the same. The service at the Burger King was great. My only issue is the fact that this is a petrol station with a marked fire exit to a disabled parking space at the rear of the shop. Being disabled, we parked in the disabled parking space, walked in, ate at the Burger King, and went to go out. Because it was past 5:00 they had shut and deadlocked the fire door. Now legally they can't. I went and talked to the gentleman at the petrol station and said, "Look it's illegal. You've closed and deadlocked the fire door." He wasn't interested. It's corporate policy, mate. Nothing I can do about it. After I explained to him that it was illegal and I would be contacting North Wales Fire and Rescue, he did actually come and unlock the door so it wasn't out of his power. He can do it, he just didn't really want to. In the end this is a major breach of health and safety rules and I will be contacting North Wales Fire and Rescue on Monday when their department is back open. They are. If there was fire in the petrol station, the one publicly accessible egress route out of the building was deadlocked. This is dreadful. I don't see any reason why a petrol station should be putting its customers at risk.

Do not order for delivery ordered through just eat, we ordered two meals and didn't even put one of the two burgers in. Got money back through just eat but no good to us when we had one burger between two people. I've had missing sides from places before but never the main part of a meal. Never order from here again unless they confirm they can count to two.
