- MMMartinOct 3, 20264.0Just left after a couple of beers. Always call in the Oak early on a Saturday Evening with the old man bless him , 87 now, Kinnerton born and bred and still going strong. Wonderful traditional country pub, lots of history, my old Kinnerton family been attending for donkeys years ! Great bar staff, the barmaids are lovely, Eloise and Georgia are always bubbly, friendly and helpful. Dan the barman this evening was especially helpful, bringing the beers to the table which was much appreciated. Top man! Dog friendly in the Bar , always call in with the pooch . Overall all good, see you next week Stay safe all ☺️

Sirloin steak cooked perfect and lovely chips and proper amount of peppercorn sauce. Hubby got the dirty burger with beef dripping (beef dripping is incredible!). Cherry bakewell cheesecake very tasty. Would recommend.
