- EVEmily Virtue5 days ago5.0Store was very tidy and shelves were well stocked, I used the self checkout and the service was excellent, I have trouble lifting heavy items and a lovely worker called Imogen was happy to help, she was very patient and seemed genuinely happy to be working at tescos which is a nice change as I’ve had bad customer service experiences in the past
- BSB SSep 26, 20265.0Before shopping went to the cafe, paid for food using the kiosk within the cafe, simple to use. Food came some 15 mins later,it was a Saturday about 12pm so very busy. The food tasted fantastic and was cheap. The salmon was good as was the sausage bap. Ordered the mini hashbrown with a second veggie sausage bap as it was that good. Enjoyed and the staff were really pleasant and helpful. The cafe was clean The tesco itself is big and you can get clothes as well as grocery food here. Downstairs is the photoshop, travel bureau and help desk.

Clubcard promotions are a bonus and makes you feel like you’re getting one up on others stores. Depending on the time of your visit determines how busy it can get. The only real downside I can mention is the amount of order pickers there are in the isles, which over time I’ve noticed has steadily increased. Cafe is good, wide range of tasty delights to treat yourself to or just a coffee if you’re on limited time.

The service was lacking; our drinks were served spilling over into the saucers, and the server made no attempt to rectify it. Furthermore, the children's ham sandwich was of exceptionally low quality, consisting of basic processed bread and minimal, poor-quality meat. I expected much better standard for the cost.
