- MMMr.Al.Jul 12, 20263.0Used the smart shop today. (12/7/26 AM) Was not impressed with the attitude of the smart shop assistant. A product £4.25 on the shelf but the scanner said £6.50. I queried this with the assistant who went to the shelf to check. It turned out that the product was on the wrong shelf. Fair enough, I accepted his explanation and was willing to pay the £6.50. What really annoyed me was his comment "that was a good try!" as if I'd planned the whole thing. If the store manager reads this I think you need to take this individual to one side and give him some good customer relationship training!!! I am at regular customer to the store and have always found the staff courteous and helpful. It looks as though you have one bad apple here.
