  Absolutely vile. Bar who they like for what they like regardless of customer rights or personal rights. Provocative staff. There is never any stock and when there is its out of date or you buy milk and a day later its off! We are talking essentials here too. When there is stock they are over pricing the items eg RRP £1 The spar think they can lable it at £2.50. The manager has no clue on customer service or how to handle complaints or his staff members. The hygiene levels are just disgusting. The shop fridges smell constantly.

  Better than it used to be but staff turnover still high .Post Office often closed due to no trained staff to manned it, not very good when you get there and have to go to another branch .Shop itself nearly always well stocked .On the whole most of the staff are very helpful. Would have given higher score if the post office issue was resolved.

  What’s with the horrible older lady with some thirsty brown hair on the counter? Why is she always so rude? Why does she always look down on me? Why does everything seem like such a chore? Why is her make up so bad? Most of the other staff are ok, but always seem to be bitching behind the counter about other members of staff. Very unprofessional.

  Horrific attitude and manner of one particular staff member just now. Really poor service.

  The manager is always super helpful, and the store has vastly improved since she’s been here, some of the older staff seem unimpressed and unbothered which isn’t very nice.
