  Dirty wasnt the word called in for breakfast 6am Monday morning,food all over the food and tables bins overflowing in side the restaurant Walked back out If is is what the restaurant like what's the kitchen like Worse McDonald's I've even step in

  The most unpleasant experience of dining at a McDonald's in the 51 years of my life. The staff had zero customer service skills. They were frankly rude and were more bothered about taking between themselves and singing/ dancing than serving the customers. The tables were filthy with food and wrappers remaining from previous diners. It was like a youth club in the dining area, with numerous teenagers shouting across the dining area and there was no attempt to ask them to respect other diners. We opted for table service and after 10 minutes the food was placed on the counter and left. It was obvious the food was ours so I went to the counter to collect it myself. Seeing items were missing I tried to draw the attention of a member of staff, who was clearly having a talk about her social life, she certainly wasnt working. After a couple of attempts to draw her attention, she turned and gave me a rude look and asked what I wanted. The order was finally sorted it seemed begrudgingly by other staff members. A lady who ordered a couple of minutes after us was left in the lobby and totally ignored the whole time we were waiting and were eating. No attempt was made to make her order. On leaving I spoke to the same member of staff and stared her to the fact that the lady had been waiting at least 20 minutes and frankly was been treated appallingly. The only member of staff actually working was the young gentleman trying to clear the lobby, empty bins in the building, in the carpark and discarded rubbish on the carpark floor. Due to this I could understand why the dining area was in the state it was. So to summarise..... the staff were useless, zero social skills, zero customer service, rude and inefficient. You actually couldn't pay me to eat there again. Awful awful!!!!!

  The food was cold, still got cold food when I requested it be changed, food took long even though there weren't many people in. One of the worker kept coming to talk to us, even when we were eating.

  Whenever I stop here, which I try to avoid, Im always kept waiting 20 to 30 minutes for my order - no matter how busy it is its always the same. Staff seems disorganised, constantly waiting instruction . Not the place to go if your wanting 'fast food ' . The toilets on the other hand are always clean .

  Don’t know who on earth runs this place but it’s shocking every single time goods missing or I’m parked up waiting half an hour or I’m waiting in store . One hour for a coffee and sausage sandwich today only five people in store and drive thru empty what on earth is going on !! Again this week served food half items missing then attitude from staff when you complain honestly whoever runs this place sort it out
