  Fantastic pizza at a great price! Ordered 4 large pizzas for myself and some friends- loads of choice and we were all very happy with them. Fresh and piping hot on delivery! Also a very nice delivery man - thanks Papa Johns we will be ordering again

  I’ve used Papa Johns several times since moving to the area, and I’ve always had a positive experience. I find the app really easy to use, with some good deals available. Price-wise it’s similar to the likes of other pizza chains such as Dominos and Pizza Hut, but I find Papa Johns provide much better value for money with their sides. The portion sizes are better and this is one of the highlights. There’s no point discussing taste in too much detail as everyone has their own preferences, but the pizza is good and I always enjoy it. I tend to get the plain cheese because I find adding meat toppings can make the pizza a little too greasy. The pizza is very filling, though. It’s rare for me to feel full halfway through a pizza, but I do when I eat Papa Johns, resulting in a pizza lasting me 2 days. Delivery has always been quick, usually arriving in under 45 minutes. The delivery staff have always been first class with positive attitudes and smiles, and making me feel valued. I’ve never eaten in the store or visited to order so I can’t comment on the shop or its staff directly. Some have mentioned receiving cold or undercooked food, this has never been my experience. Actually the opposite, I usually need to let it sit for a bit to cook before eating and it’s always been very well cooked. I would definitely recommend this store for pizza and sides. The app also offers what they call Papa Dough, resulting in bigger savings the more you order. This is a decent benefit, especially nearer the end of the month before pay day!

  We ordered from papa johns through just eat at around either 6 or 7 and didn’t get our meal until 8. When we got our meal the chicken tenders we ordered were raw, purple and the texture was stringy and fatty and the pizza we ordered was cold. We phoned up to complain and get our money back but the managers only reply to our food was that the chicken was supposed to look like that. we explained multiple times that the chicken was not edible and his response was constantly that the chicken should be that kind of colour. We then had to hang up since he wasn’t giving us and explanation and chance to ask for a refund. Do not order from here the food is actually vile.

  We visited Papa Johns Pizza once while travelling around Scotland and had a really positive experience. We ordered a pizza and the service was smooth and welcoming. The staff were polite, respectful, and efficient, which made the stop feel easy and stress-free during a long journey. On top of that, they kindly allowed us to use the toilet, which might seem like a small thing — but when you’re travelling, it genuinely makes a big difference.
