  Ordered a “king fusion” for my son got presented as a “king size” came to my son who had been shown a half empty cup of ice cream I go in and ask if it can be filled more to the image it’s portrayed and the server rolled her eyes and walked away from me not answering me, then another lady came through and started telling me I’m unable to get it filled up as it’s the size they do and the person next to me is served a “king fusion” and the ice cream is filled to the brim unlike mine. She then remakes my ice cream and the ice cream is less full than before Absalute scandal when you pay £3 for an ice cream to be half full and lied to by the staff because they simply can’t be bothered making a new one.

  Gave one of the waitresses a tip and they wouldn’t give me there phone number

  They always have happy staff and are always polite and welcoming, will definitely be making this a weekly thing!

  Not sure the lazy staff understand what table service is? They need to visit McDonalds BK is overpriced with terrible customer service

  Google says open to 11pm. I turned up 10pm and was turned away as a walk in, only cars after 10. Bad communication.
