Ali that works here came to my house at 4 in the morning to deliver our food after the normal driver got lazy and went home. He let me pull his bag up by a rope to my bedroom as we could not come to the front door. He was genuinely a really nice guy and I will 100% be ordering from here again. Your a top man Ali!

Ordered a hawaiin pizza, looks exquisite and arrived hot. Fab service by the delivery man, didn't get his name but I hope he makes everyone else happy as he certainly made me happy. Definitely 5 star

Worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza last night and it never arrived until around 12:30am. When I called the store, the manager was highly rude and completely unhelpful. They kept trying to blame Uber drivers, saying they also deliver for Uber Eats, Deliveroo, and Just Eat, even though it says they are using their own drivers and when I say am not sure about all these technology they made me look like an some coo coo . I was simply tracking my order and asking for help.
After waiting hungry for another 1hr 30 minutes, I eventually discovered that my food had been left outside someone else’s door beside their shoe rack , literally on their shoes. No apology, no proper support, and no effort to resolve the situation.
Really disappointing customer service and an awful experience overall.
Went there to pickup order in uber eats, the guy handed me a different order, the guy with beard started saying dirty words for his own mistake, customers are worried about their order and blame the drivers because of the employee/owner like this. Please choose wisely from where you order. He almost send me wrong order if I didn’t check, the order was sent to different courier and the way he was presented is not pretty for customer/courier.

I’m writing to raise a serious concern about my experience at your restaurant last night. Unfortunately, my interaction with the manager (name is Ali) was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. I felt that I was treated with hostility and disrespect, to the point that it crossed the line into what I would describe as verbal abuse.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. The manager’s behavior did not reflect the standards one would from a well-run establishment. It created an uncomfortable and unwelcome environment, which is disappointing because it undermines the overall reputation of your business.
I believe that strong leadership is essential to maintaining a positive atmosphere for both customers and staff. I encourage you to address this matter seriously and ensure that your management team upholds proper ethics, communication skills, and professionalism. No customer should leave feeling disrespected.
I hope you take this feedback constructively and use it as an opportunity to improve. A restaurant’s success depends not just on its food, but also on how people are treated.
