  Handy shop in lochgelly. Can be expensive but good for morning rolls and the odd thing when you don't need to do a big shop. Staff always friendly and never ridiculously busy

  Horrible staff. They never acknowledge when you walk in and have very poor service. You can never find any staff for help either. The red disabled cord in the customer toilets doesn't touch the ground and therefore unaccessible for those that might fall and can't reach it. The toilets were down for a month and they refused access to a toilet which is a pity since there are no toilets around this area apart from the centre which is almost never opened at convenient

  Very clean and well stocked goods. The staff are excellent and friendly, customer care is found in abundance even though they're swamped with a delivery service system that can only have been thought of by an out of touch executive. 🤷
