- MMMylie Mcnair5 days ago1.0went for a quick tea tonight to mcdonald's it was three meals and they forgot a milkshake and a burger when we brought this up they refused to get more as she "never" heard us say it yet it's on the receipt ... so not only have we payed for it they haven't took responsibility

Asked for a sausage muffin, no egg, they clearly scraped the egg off of an already col burger and added cheese, took half the patty with it. K also ordered a toffee late and they gave me a white coffe and when I said thats not what I ordered she implied that was my fault for not checking the screen. So. As it seems when you order from mcdonalds you also have to ensure they are doing what you ask for correctly because apparently thats your responsibility. Surprised ghis place hasn't made people sick witj the muck they serve sometimes.

It arrived stone cold with 1 of the meals missing the chicken wrap, however we did get the salad, balsamic vinegar and juice. The virtual assistant for complaints is useless and I finally received a refund of £1.86 after jumpimg through hoops. Sad state of affairs but App is now deleted and i'm done with Mcdonalds.
