  Kabita (at least, thats the name on the receipt I got and she doesnt wear a name tag) behind the till is the most consistently rude employee I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She will not let me into the store if I have Shopping from elsewhere. If I do go in with shopping it's an immediate accusation of theft. Luckily I always keep receipts. She has demanded I leave my bags/belongings on the store floor at the front of the shop. She has belittled my family members appearances, on Christmas day no less. She has opened products at the till that I'm buying and picked pieces out to "see what it is". She has interrogated as to why I would buy Fabric wash at another shop when they sell the same (the co-op one is more expensive). Keep in mind, each of these interactions are completely different days and it's not even every bad interaction I've had with her. This is consistent disgusting behaviour that never changes.

  Tried to use my bus pass as id and they don't take it and bus pass are afroom off id as it as part of the pass scheme

  Brilliant store !! Great asset to our High St. Fab Staff / Customer Service. Reasonable prices for Quality fresh Food/ Household Goods. What's not to like. 🥰
