- KOKerry O'MalleyOct 4, 20261.0Always get the order wrong, today I got cola instead of latte! The sauces are always missing. Orders should be checked as they are being filled! Other busy food places manage to get it right so no excuse. Very poor, never again
- JLjamie lindsayOct 3, 20261.0Had to make a dangerous manoeuvre and reverse out of the drive thru. After sitting watching the person infront order “hello, anyone their” “hello” reversed out, parked the car, went inside to ask what was going on. Was met with attitude and told to either join the other lane again or have a nice day. Very professional. 25 of them all rushing around tripping over each other not one of them can take any responsibility or offer any help. If I had a customer who had to reverse out the driver thru due to my staff not doing their job, I’d make sure I rectified it. “You have a nice day “ was all I got when I said I’m hardly gona go back join the other line when iv had to park and come inside. Utterly useless will write to the franchisee
- LKLaura KernaghanOct 1, 20261.0I have never gone through this “drive through” !! And not had to sit in the car park for up to 10mins at any time of day !!! There is no one in front ir behind me in the drive through and looks quiet but have yo sit for 10mins plus yo wait for a happy meal I
- KSKerri SutherlandSep 28, 20261.0I literally now drive further afield to avoid this specific McDonald’s. EXTREMELY poor. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have visited this McDonald’s over the last 3 years, I have been given the wrong food, missing items etc. Literally 100% failure rate. Every single time. Dozens of times over the years. Takes ages too. As a former McDonald’s employee I’m willing to give a lot of grace, but this location takes the mick. I would avoid and go to a different McDonalds as I haven’t had one even neutral experience here, always very poor indeed. Must have made insane amounts of money over the years for items that are missing, if they do this constantly to everyone. Ridiculous.
- JFJanus FashionSep 24, 20261.0It was dirty, the toilets were dirty, and the burger was prepared as if someone couldn't be bothered
