  I am absolutely disgusted with your manager/ team leader who came out to my car to deliver my food. Im a disabled person, with physical disabilities and autism. After we ordered (15 minutes prior on the app before arriving) when we got to the drive thru it still wasn’t ready so we got told to park up but not told specifically where to park. I parked where there was more room for myself for accessibility reasons, and after 5 minutes a rude member of staff that was clearly a manager or team leader came strolling over with an angry presence and confronted me that in future can I park in the collection bit as his colleague couldn’t find me. Baring in mind they had my car reg, and where I was parked I was clearly very visible from the entrance of the Burger King, opposite the drive thru with no cars near me so incredibly easy to spot. I chose not to park in click and collect because there was already 2 cars there, both parked over lines and i would not of been able to park in the remaining space and get out with my mobility aid if i had parked there hence choosing to park in the bit opposite where i had more space. The staff member didn’t give me a chance to explain why I’d chose to park there, he was confrontational and rude from the minute he came over to the car. I replied saying I couldn’t park there ( with no chance to say continue saying why because he interrupted me) and he repeated himself in a condescending tone that he wanted me to park in the click and collect so at this point I was honestly feeling so anxious and upset I replied with well I won’t come here again then, as I was upset and he said sarcastically okay that’s fine and walked off. I was so distressed from this that I had to drive away. When I’ve parked up somewhere else my food order was also completely wrong yet I couldn’t go back due to how he made me feel. Absolutely horrible customer service and made me feel so awful for simply parking somewhere I needed to park. This was on 29/7/26 at around 4.30 pm.
