- DBDavid BuikJul 27, 20261.0Service is terrible. This is the worst McDonalds I have used. Drive Thru is ridiculous slow. Sat waiting for far too long. The manager actively avoids customers who are in need of assistance and the crew struggle with basic customer service. Took 20 minutes to sort three mcflurys. Paid on app, told machine just broke, told will remove from order but didn't, manager avoided us, then see customers coming out with mcflurys. Went in to complain and get a refund and was told it's still broke even although customers are walking about with mcflurys then told it did work. One guy went to get the mcflurys and went on his break, another employee forgot about us waiting and another eventually got our order. When a customer has a problem, one employee should own the situation and resolve promptly for the customer. You need to train all your team on customer service and I would suggest you start with your highest managers and work down. Managers should not be avoiding customers.

The members of staff were both courteous, helpful and efficient. Rye food was nice but as I devoured, I realised one of two things, I could have eat more like pacman munching the bonus points and I forgot to take pictures of the food which was lovely. No complaints so keep up the good work.
