  Went to the drive through was madexto wait even before we placed the order then went to collect was given shake and asked to wait for food waited 15mins and shakes were warm and conjelled had to go into the restaurant xwere the staff were standing around still no singh of my food waited another 10 mins untill it was brought out to us the service from start to finish was appauling and wen we did get the food it was cold you need to look at your customer service and staff i will not be returning appalling

  I received wrong order and went back after couple bits and guy said he can't do anything because I had half I'm my burger. Guy said No and send me back to my table( at least apologies about mistake) customer service is so bad, and guy was rude and very aggressive. That people shouldn't work in customer service.

  Slow service, asked for 2 large frozen fantas, got one at best, the server filled up one large cup to 3/4 full and the other one not even half way, said they had ran out, poured the emptier one into the fuller one and it made one large drink, no offer of a refund or any compensation whatsoever! There was also a bit of lettuce or something at the bottom of the cup! Appalling service, that isn't how you do customer service! Get better!!!!!!! Add photos

  Decent wee burger king place decent staff nothing special to report except that the coke machine actually had coke zero and the raspberry flavouringvwas working yayyy
