  food was really good and fresh as usual. i visited yesterday and was served by Charlie, he was really well mannered and helpful, some of the best customer service I've ever been served with, Thank you Charlie you created a great experience. he was also the only worker out on the shop floor managing to do everything at once without looking rushed and making a good environment.

  Please let James from Dunfermline see or hear about this review. I put an order through very late for Wingstop Dunfermline. I put 1pm in the afternoon instead of 1am. James corrected my mistake and said it would be no problem whatsoever. Got my food 10mins later without any hassle. There needs to be more people like James. Please let him see this:) Top Man!

  First time visiting today, quick friendly service and food was also delivered to the tables soon after ordering despite it being a busy Friday evening. Sophie was fabulous, she made sure our seats were all clean before sitting at our table and also keeping the whole branch looking spotless down to picking up a piece of ice someone had dropped. I ordered the flavour fix with spicy Korean and parmesan and garlic boneless wings, louisiana rub tenders, lemon pepper fries and ranch on the side. All the food was hot and fresh, I'll definitely be back!

  1st time here and Zsofi served us lovely personality felt like I was back in America again , walked me through the order process really lovely and the whole team who came to our table after we’re on form Excellent customer service And fantastic wings So glad I can take the pot of Ranch home with me now too x Thank you

  Delivery service was good on time. And Food taste was good, delicious but my Burger and tenders were cold and drink was hot. This is the 2nd time i ordered and same thing happened to me i ignored the first time and didn’t complain about that but it’s not right when we are spending that amount of money we should get proper hot food. I hope someone gets this sorted.
