  I shop and because my clubcard sometime dont work inside as connection is bad , i ask my girlfriend a screenshot of her one . The woman work in tesco ( she see me often because i shop there normally few times at week) say me i commict a fraud. Very rude , I. My opinion. I undestain if she say to don't use another clubcard ( i live with my partner) screenshot, but she say me twice about i commict a crime , when im not. Is this the way the tesco staff treat the consumer? im not british, i notice a strange attitude from the staff and not the first issue I got. Another time, just after me and my partner pay in the automatic till , speak for few seconds in our language, to make sure we toke anithing we need, really few seconds, a member of the staff in a rude way ( again, in my opinion)invite us to move , even if she say us just sort the bag . This time I just accept a kind of apologize, but start to be a bit uncomfortable shop in this place for me.

  Me and my partner went in to get a bottle of wine for my dads birthday. I wasnt even buying i was just tagging along. Didnt even touch it. I am 21 just didnt have ID on me but my partner who was buying it as HIS gift did. Just outrageous cause law is if youre 18 you can buy alcohol. Doesnt matter who else is. When i go with my dad when hes getting it for himself they have never asked me for mine once, so why is it different when im with my 22 year old partner? “Policy” makes no sense cause is it not more suspicious an adult with a younger person buying alcohol ? Yet its never questioned but cause we are younger it is ? Also i dont even drink First woman to refuse us was younger had blonde hair and glasses at self service and the second one was at the vape/ciggarette counter when again my partner was buying FOR HIMSELF i wasnt even next to him and got refused. And shes pointing at me saying i need my ID. MY POINT IS - Start refusing adults buying alcohol when they are with their kid/teen then your policy makes sense instead of assuming we are suspicious cause we are younger, cause thats just profiling. So silly. Your “policy” is so contradictory and is based on profiling and assumptions and not based fairly. I wouldnt care about it if it was fair but its not.

  Can't fault it. I personally hate giant supermarkets like this but the store is clean, the staff excellent, and the stock is constantly improving. It's giant indeed, but it also has virtually everything you could ask for in terms of food items. Covered parking is definitely a bonus in the winter months.
