  Very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and clearly do not know how to speak to customers properly. The manager in particular was very disrespectful and had a terrible attitude. While I was there, I also saw 2–3 delivery drivers come in to collect orders, and the manager was rude and disrespectful to them as well. This wasn’t just a one-off incident—the overall staff attitude was completely unacceptable. Customer service was extremely poor, the staff were unprofessional, and the manager’s behaviour was especially disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Management seriously needs to train the staff on basic customer service and respect.

  Ordered on the Papa John’s website and I was shocked to find out that my order was being delivered by UberEats. To sit there waiting and watching your pizza go around Dunfermline to then arrive to you cold and not fresh is not okay. Can you please refund me? If not I will dispute with the bank. Unacceptable.

  I had an excellent experience at Papa Johns in Dunfermline. The pizza was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service provided by Darshan. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His positive attitude made the whole experience even better. Great food, fast service, and exceptional customer care. I highly recommend this Papa Johns location to anyone in Dunfermline.
