Fantastic experience at Papa Johns Dunfermline. A special mention to Ali, who provided fantastic service with a smile and was so friendly and helpful. I only went in for one Garden Party pizza, but Ali persuaded me to try the cheese sticks and halloumi fries as well — and he was absolutely right! The pizza was baked to perfection, the cheese sticks were delicious, and the halloumi fries were genuinely the best I’ve ever had. Service was really quick and everything was fresh and delicious. Great food and excellent customer service from Ali. Will definitely be going back!

Multiple instances of bad customer service and rudeness. Ordered a pizza without tomato sauce. It arrived with sauce. Called the shop and was met with a brick wall of indifference. I had to ask them to fix it and send out a new one, was warned that it would be over an hour as some way to try and scare me off. Second time went in to shop and stood directly at the counter the person there did not look up or even speak. He just continued clicking his mouse whilst staring at the screen. There's no way he didn't hear my as my daughter was there and she's not quiet. After a few minutes I just walked out. Won't be returning.
