  Just wanted to order a large latte. There was no-one at the uninviting, cold customer unfriendly counter forcing you to use the screens, which by the way are totally unsuitable for tall people or people with back problems! You virtually have to kneel on the floor to put your card into the machine. My order came out and was put onto the counter, number shouted, then he left, no thank you, no here you are, no have a nice day, just take this and get out, basically. I looked at my latte which felt light and yes as usual the cup wasn't even full. The "large" lattes are now smaller than a regular from a few years back, I did manage to get hold of a crew member who told me that was normal and to just fill it up with sachets of milk. But did it taste nice? Well no, it was terrible, it tasted like water. Back to Greggs for me from now on, McDonalds your standards have become terrible.

  Just look at the absolute state of this double cheeseburger they’ve handed me at the drive thru, how can this establishment get away with handing that out to customers? The taste of stale meat made me physically sick, it’s actually beyond words how low the standards are at this Dunfermline store, outrageous!

  My mother is 85 years old and could not order a wrap of the day at the drive thru as she is not tech savvy and does not have a smart phone. She was refused her food order. After speaking to the manager the wrap was still refused as it had to be ordered on the app. My mother had to drive away without her food. Are McDs suggesting that if I (someone with a McDs app) was to drive to a Mcds I would have to use my phone whilst in the car? My mother is very upset with this, embarrassed and feeling very angry. Not good McDs. Getting a bit too big and not caring for your surrounding communities, especially your ageing population.

  ⭐ 1/5 Definitely the worst McDonald’s customer service I have experienced in Fife. The waiting times for food are ridiculously long, and the way customers are treated is very disappointing. Staff often seem to ignore people waiting at the counter, acting as if they don’t see them rather than acknowledging them or offering any help. The situation is just as bad for delivery drivers. Drivers are often left waiting a very long time to collect orders and have to repeatedly ask staff about their order before anyone pays attention. There seems to be a serious lack of organisation, communication, and respect for other people’s time. Customer service at this location seriously needs to improve. Out of all the McDonald’s restaurants I have visited in Fife, Fife Leisure Park has by far the worst service. Very disappointing experience.

  First time ever leaving a google review for anything, unfortunately that’s how bad it was. Chips were freezing and stiff, mozzarella dippers also cold to the point where the cheese inside was solid. Seems to be a common these with McDonald’s now, there it zero quality control in place. If the food cannot meet the bare minimum of being hot, it makes you wonder what other standards are being missed.
